Powering Knowledge, Sustaining the Future.
Manus Lab is the research and development sandbox behind ASE Botswana’s growing portfolio of clean technology programmes, developed in partnership with a global cohort of academic and technology institutions.
This work has been supported by leading global innovation programmes including Innovate UK and EU Horizon, and spans near-to-market clean technologies and financial instruments designed to accelerate the energy transition. Our partnerships span North–South and, increasingly, South–South collaborations — reflecting our commitment to solutions built for and with emerging markets.
In March 2026 we were selected as a commercial technology partner in the UK–Botswana–Kenya Trilateral Collaboration on Clean Technology Innovation.
If you have a new technology or energy-as-a-service solution you would like to launch into the region, we would love to hear from you
