Ub Ren (Pty) Ltd is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established to deliver one of Botswana’s largest commercial and industrial (C&I) solar energy projects. The SPV brings together key partners: African Sun Energy, B&H Electrical (a sister company), and the University of Botswana as the power off-taker.
